Delete your account
You can delete your Reeve account and everything in it at any time. There are two ways to do it: from inside the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.
From inside the app
- Open Reeve and go to Settings.
- Tap Data Controls.
- Tap Delete Account, then confirm.

By email, if you no longer have the app
Email privacy@reeve.day from the address on your Reeve account, with the subject Account deletion request.
We confirm the request from the account email address before we act on it, so no one else can delete your household. If you cannot send from that address, tell us and we will work out another way to verify you.
What happens next
- Access to connected accounts is revoked immediately. Stored OAuth tokens are deleted within 24 hours.
- All household data, documents, health notes, connected accounts, and preferences are permanently removed within 30 days.
- Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery once the 30-day window closes.
- Email body content is never stored in the first place, so there is nothing of it to delete.
If you want a copy of your household data before you delete it, ask for an export at privacy@reeve.day first. Once deletion runs, we cannot produce one.
